Completion of this full restorative refurbishment of 9 dwellings within this beautiful block of mansion flats built in 1897, Lauderdale Mansions was the first of the ‘swathe’ mansion flat buildings to be built in Maida Vale.

Steeped in history with an abundance of original features, we had the pleasure of restoring these flats following a substantial ingress of water to bring them back to their former glorious stature.

Installation of new Gas and Water main incoming feeds throughout both apartment blocks.
Installation of 2 new boilers and incoming mains water and pump system just to list a few of the critical upgrades to the infrastructure of these amazing apartment blocks.
